BELIEVE IN GOOD
This post will take you to a journey of emotions, feelings and thoughts!
So, before I launch into the guts of matter let me settle an important point - feelings are feelings and feelings are not thoughts, but people often tend to use the word '' FEELING'' when speaking of thoughts.
Through this post, you may get the impression that feelings are a bit more real than thoughts.
I strongly believe that feelings are very real. They happen ,they exist even when people say they are not there!People try to hide their feelings, misunderstand feelings,mis-label them but the underlying feeling is still present.
And when talking of thoughts - Thoughts or thought processes seem to be much more vague, like you can think one thing all morning and think the opposite all afternoon or I may simply put it as I think of thoughts a little the way I think of data in a computer.
words!words and words!!
But feeling seems more solid . It is silly to always trust thoughts and be hesitant about feelings.
The theme of this post is ''EMOTIONAL ADs'' which have feelings attached to it.Emotional advertising has become popular than what it used to be.Emotional ads arouse emotions to get our attention, to touch us more deeply and to persuade us more effectively, this way of advertising catches people both eyes and ears.
Emotional appeals are often strategically employed to influence consumers indirectly and make the consumer feel good about the product.
So,as we are talking about feelings over thoughts, let me show you an award winning Indian ad.
''RESPECT THE NATIONAL ANTHEM " which is a perfect example and totally fits in this theme .

The ad started with a very general scene, but who thought that it will give such deep message. As you all saw in the ad that everyone
was trying to hide themselves and avoid getting wet in the rain, an old poor man hears the National Anthem on the radio and stands in honour an respect of it , though he was handicapped and seeing him stand the kids too follow him and stand up.
So,all this happened because there was a feeling of respect and patriotism .The old man's feeling was strong ;he didn't let his mind give a second thought that he has a disability.By this it is crystal clear that feelings are more stronger and solid than thoughts. Its easy to change and manipulate thoughts but it is very difficult to change and manipulate feelings.
The next ad which I have brought up is not an Indian ad ,but its a heart warming Thai ''Life Insurance''ad.

This is another ad which is extremely emotional. It has unspoken emotion and priceless hidden feelings. In the ad you see a very average person with minimal income but the work he does apart from his job and the love he earns apart from his income is incredible. He helps everyone without asking and demanding anything in return, the most heart touching part in the ad is when he sees the little girl going to school. The ad shows a man who has a bigger and a warmer heart than a mean and a cunning mind.
So,lets learn something from these ads and make this planet a better place to live and make each day beautiful not only for oneself but also for others:)
