How do they move in a metro?

For past few days,we helped you navigate through many mesmerising corners of this metropolitian city.
In order to explore it, scrolling down the cursor is not going to help.

While pondering over this subject,some kind of vehicle must be taking shape within your mind.
If the city is dillwalon ki dilli,Delhi metro tops this list. This list comprises of several other forms of inter- city transport: DTC Buses, Cars, Motorcycles, auto-rikshaws, E-rikshaws and many more.
There are around 16.6 million registered vehicles in this city. This number almost equals the population data of Delhi.
Any single city, whether it is London, Newyork, Tokyo or our own Delhi, will remain dead and static. Majorities of cities seem to be deadly silent. This is due to  absentism of the motion and volatile elements. Humans and these running vehicles are life-giving elements of any place. Today, we are so much used to these vehicles that any place without them is similar to a still image to us.

Entire Transportation system of Delhi is  lifeline of this city and it has undergone several transitions.
Before a couple of decades,Tongas comprised a major section of Delhi transport. But now it is very hard to have a glance of them.If you are lucky enough, you might spot one near Chandni Chowk or Nizzamuddin Bus stand.
Another most important public transport are DTC buses. These buses have been catering to Delhiites since independence. 60% of Delhi's population travels in DTC. They connect entire Delhi covering locations like Rajpath, Kutub Minar and Seemapuri. Besides this connectivity, DTC buses also gave green colour to Delhi's transport. Though, some of them are also of orange and red colour.
All was going well, smooth, and slow.Then came a lifechanging moment for Delhi. The year was 2002, it was opening of DMRC. Delhi metro brought more rapidity to Delhi. Since that year, Delhi is no more what it used to be earlier. It became more Hi-Tech and speedy.

Earlier Delhi was nothing but a cluster of villages. Its transport gave it its real essense.
This junction was possible due to transport only.Without it Delhi will no longer be Delhi which we know today.
